This time Wheeler's undercover as a cop, Cruz and Kee as drug dealers, and Morrisey and Larson as a couple of drug running bikers. Who's the target of such a wide sting? The LAPD Narcotics Unit. With three detectives, a LT., and a Capt. stealing from drug dealers, keeping the money, and selling the dope Wheeler has got himself in deep. When the dust settles four cops are dead and the LAPD in shame. Will Wheeler cross the line to avenge the death of an innocent cop?
