Pedro Batera

Pedro H. S. Nunes is a dual-major in Literature (Bachelor's and Licentiate's) with a dual degree in Portuguese Language and Linguistics from the School of Philosophy, Literature, and Human Sciences of the University of São Paulo (FFLCH-USP) and the School of Education of the University of São Paulo (FEUSP). He has experience in Linguistics, with an emphasis on Linguistic Theory and Analysis. He is currently a member of the Distributed Morphology Study Group (GREMD), coordinated by Prof. Dr. Ana Paula Scher; the Experimental Poetics Study Group (GEPoEx), coordinated by Prof. Dr. Antonio Vicente Seraphim Pietroforte; and the Dialogue Research Group, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Sheila Vieira de Camargo Grillo. His main areas of interest involve the descriptive aspects of Natural Language Grammar: Phonology, Morphology, and Syntax; as well as the study of Discourse: Semiotics and other Text Theories.
