It follows the German wrestler Thumbtack Jack in- and outside of the wrestling ring granting a deep look into the career and life of this unique athlete. It takes the viewer beyond what happens in the ring and reveals a person that couldn't be any more different from the sick and twisted character that Thumbtack Jack is inside of the ring.
